The frequency of receiving a massage depends on your current situation.

A person can be doing weekly, bi weekly, or monthly massages according to their own bodies circumstances.

Is it better to get deep tissue massage?

Deep tissue breaks down the muscle fibres and allows the knots to release. what is most important is that you are able to stay relaxed during the treatment and not fight back during the massage.

All though I love to give a deep tissue massage treatment, deep tissue is not always the better choice. The treatments will vary accordingly to each individual client.

Is the pressure okay?

Everyone has different pain tolerance. When a massage therapist asks you if the pressure is okay? Don’t be shy to ask for more or less. Communication is very important between therapist and client. This way we can provide the best treatment for you.

Do I need to tip?

Gratuity is an act of gratitude, it is never a requirement to tip.
